Welcome to NYC Airport Limo Service. Please review the following Terms & Conditions carefully before booking. By reserving a ride with us, you agree to the terms set forth below.
1. Booking & Confirmation
All reservations must be made in advance via our website, phone, or email.
Bookings are confirmed only after receiving payment or a confirmation email/text.
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate pick-up/drop-off details.
2. Payment Policy
We accept all major credit cards and secure online payments.
Full payment or a deposit may be required at the time of booking.
Additional charges may apply for tolls, parking, waiting time, or extra stops.
3. Cancellation & Refunds
Cancellations made 24 hours before the scheduled pickup are eligible for a full refund.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior may be subject to a fee or no refund.
No-shows will be charged the full booking amount.
4. Waiting Time
Airport pickups include 30 minutes of free waiting time after flight arrival.
For all other pickups, we allow 15 minutes of complimentary wait time.
After the grace period, additional charges apply per 15-minute increment.
5. No-Show Policy
If the passenger fails to appear at the designated pickup point without prior notice, the trip will be marked as a "No-Show," and no refund will be issued.
6. Passenger Conduct
Smoking, drinking alcohol, or drug use is strictly prohibited in all vehicles.
Passengers are responsible for any damage caused to the interior or exterior of the vehicle.
Our chauffeurs reserve the right to refuse service to any passenger acting inappropriately.
7. Liability Disclaimer
NYC Airport Limo Service is not responsible for delays due to traffic, weather, or unforeseen events.
We are not liable for lost or forgotten items. Please check the vehicle before exiting.
We reserve the right to subcontract bookings if necessary.
8. Service Coverage
Our limo services cover the NYC area, including:
JFK Airport
LaGuardia (LGA)
Newark (EWR)
Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens, Bronx, and Staten Island
9. Privacy & Data Use
